We ask you to buy your ticket online and thus also reserve your time slot. This way we can ensure that everything runs safely and smoothly. You register with your ticket (print or smartphone) at INFO & TICKETS in the GUM. The desk is accessible via the access path of the Botanical Garden. Below you will find the rates. Visit to the Botanical Garden (outside and greenhouses) is free. The cost price for guided tours, studios, workshops, lectures and other activities can be found directly on the activity web page.

The GUM - Ghent University Museum

Book your ticket for your visit here. When making your reservation, you choose a day and start time.

Corona info: wearing a mouth mask is mandatory. A CST (Corona Safe Ticket) is not required.

The greenhouses of the Botanic Garden

The outdoor garden of the Botanical Garden is freely accessible during opening hours. We do ask you to reserve your free time slot for the greenhouses. The number of people who are allowed to be present in the greenhouses at the same time is limited. This is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely.

Are you planning a visit to the greenhouses after your GUM visit? Then count about 1.5 hours for your museum visit. But rest assured, it's not a problem if it's not totally punctual.

Corona info: the mouth mask is mandatory in every covered area

Please note: the GUM is cashless. We only accept card payments.
